Main applications:

Feedstock for hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC-22) applied like refrigeration fluid in grocery stores, refrigerated transports, cold storage warehouses and for the production of fluorinated polymers (tetrafluoroethylene/TFE, fluorinated ethylene-propylene/FEP).
Extraction solvent for pharmaceuticals (antibiotics, hormones, vitamins, etc.).

Other applications:

Solvent in analytical laboratories.
Ingredient of pharmaceuticals, drugs, cosmetics, grain fumigants, dyes and pesticides.
